ME would influence and build yearly, two future leaders, both from less privilege background. The goal would be to take them from unemployment due to lack of relevant skill and mindset to a skilled and financially independent young leaders. ME would accompany them through a vocational training and personal development program, to empower them with the right skill and mindset to become financially independent.
What’s will MEF do for this course?
- Listen and advise on which vocational training (Tailoring, carpentry, etc) may be best suitable for them
- Find an appropriate vocational training program and lead them through.
- Create or find employment for these individuals after completing training.
Qualifying Demographics
- From Poala-Nhia and Ngusi
- Can read and write or has firs school leaving certificate
- Ready to learn a trade and be independent.
